I ordered 2 of these birdbaths after first trying and returning another kind that leaked. This birdbath is perfect for what I wanted and doesn't seem to have any defects or design flaws. I ordered the red, so they are colorful and seem durable. I like the fact that it hangs versus sitting on the ground. The only actual problem I see with it after several weeks is that the hooks that connect it to the chain are showing signs of rust. It may just be aesthetics and not anything that will cause them to break or have to be replaced. There is a problem that I don't believe is a reflection at all on this product. That is that the birds don't or haven't come to it. We have SO MANY birds in and around our yard and last year they even drank from a cool whip bowl I sat on the ground underneath our tree when the temperatures soared to near 100 for weeks! But they seem to have absolutely no interest whatsoever in these birdbaths. I bought a water wiggler the other day and am trying that in one of them. Other than that I would recommend them.
