The house seems like a great finished product, but be prepared to spend some time putting it together. It comes in pieces and requires assembly, 30 minutes minimum, probably longer for a first-timer. I used a cordless nut driver to speed up the process.
It also appears to have extra pieces that don't show on the plans and I can see where they would go, I'm waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. I may amend my review after I put it up (waiting for the concrete to cure around the post.
