I purchased one of these feeders many years ago. Goldfinches flock to it. It finally cracked after about five years which is a long time. While the desert sun had taken a toll on many of my other feeders, this lasted the longest. I had purchased one of those mesh feeders, because I couldn't find this one. The finches tried to get the thistle seed, but to no avail.( I paid a large price for that one.) This holds quite a bit of seed and doesn't need frequent filling. Good ole' Amazon came thru for me again. I never thought I would ever find this feeder.
