Sapphire Dragonfly Stake Bird Feeder Review

I like the bird feeder EXCEPT again the "H Base" was not included in the box. I had called and left a message that I wanted them to ship the H Base to me at no charge because it was their error not mine. It was a week or more before they responded, and then the company now wants me to send a picture of what was in the box. I think it's a stall tactic. This has required too much time and caused frustration because I didn't receive what was advertised. In the future, I will look locally for this product.

Since I had purchased two different stake bird feeders on line and they were both missing the H Bases, there seems to be a problem in their packing/shipping department as well as their customer service department (if one even exists!)!
