I purchased the bird feeder 6 weeks ago. It is a beautiful bird feeder. Last week I found it on the ground. It was hanging from my second floor deck. I contacted Anecdotal Aardvark and they agreed to send me a new bird feeder. I plan to super glue the screw that gave way and let the feeder fall. Great company and really pretty bird feeder. I am thrilled they were willing to replace the feeder.
