This birdhouse comes to you straight from Long Beach Island on the Jersey Shore. This two-story house has a wraparound balcony on the 2nd floor and plenty of windows for all of the nesting occupants. A soft blue paint with a black roof distinguish this style. Comes equipped with a mounting bracket to be able to put the house on a post or tree or a fence. 1 ¼” opening will allow wrens, finches, chickadees and nuthatches to nest. Constructed of exterior grade ply-board, polyresin details, pine shingles for the roof and a non-toxic outdoor paint.

The birdhouse has deteriorated significantly. The wood has separated into layers on the flat surfaces and the wooden I understand that this item will eventually "weather" over time but I was very disappointed in how quickly it deteriorated. I would not recommend it.
