This is a really high quality black oil sunflower seed. The birds in my backyard go nuts for it, I even think it attracted more birds to my backyard as well. I live in the city and with this seed I have seen 6 Blue Jays at once at my feeder, I used to barely see one, and it attracts cardinals as well. the House Sparrows dont eat it which is great to me since they would wipe the feeder out. all in all a great product an came fast as well.
