Aspects’ Seed Tube Feeders combine heavy, die cast metal caps, ports, bases and a clear, U.V. stabilized polycarbonate tube to make these feeders an investment that lasts a lifetime. A built in seed deflector in the base allows birds to remove every last seed. Redesigned feed ports on the seed tube model have a raised ridge to divert rainwater and perches are part of the seed port. Add a seed tray to attract more birds and protect the feeder from the elements with an Aspects dome. These new feeders feature a revolutionary, Quick-Clean removable base. To remove the base all you need to do is push the buttons and the base slides easily out! When a seed tray is attached to a feeder, simply remove the base for cleaning with the tray still attached. It is one easy step that makes cleaning your feeders a snap! This feeder has 6 feeding stations, holds 1.75 quarts of seed, and has a 2.75 inch diameter.

I am so impressed with Aspects feeders. I have two now. One that I had for years even had bear teeth holes where bears had yearly gotten it and dragged it off into the woods. However, the plastic is so tough on these feeders that the bears never cracked the plastic and it was still usable. I sent the feeder back for new feet and got a new feeder! The feeders are very asthetic - the new brass color is gorgeous. The green color blends in nicely with the outdoors.
The company has amazing customer service if you need a part replaced or if the feeder has a problem - they have an excellent warantee. In fact, I have never met a company with such good customer service!
So, what more can I say. There are no cons. The new feeders are designed to drain water out the bottoms and they have pull out bottoms so you can add seeds, clean or rinse the feeder once a week (a must so bird diseases don't get transmitted). Also I recommend the large Aspects superdome or weather dome to go above the feeders. The super dome helps to keep my squirrels out and easily slips over the feeder. It also keeps the feeding birds dry in wet weather. It is made so that the metal wire top of the feeder (the hanging piece) just inserts into the dome and the dome sits snugly on top. These are sturdy, tough feeders that the birds love.
