This Heath Natural Pure Suet, without seeds in it, is the best suet we have tried so far, other than the natural suet we can buy (if we're lucky) in the beef section at the grocery store. The birds love Heath suet - we even have wrens coming up to eat it, which never happened with seed-filled suet cakes. We are very happy with this suet and would recommend it to anyone who wants to attract a wide variety of birds, especially in the winter. An extra dividend to using this suet is that it can be used in warm weather without melting or spoiling. I have learned not to use suet that includes seeds, otherwise the squirrels and starlings will eat it all and you won't get to see the other birds who need the pure suet.

UPDATE 12/3/08: Still using this suet and the birds are still eating it. The birds love it, and the squirrels leave it alone.
