Alpine Green Abstract Glass Bird Bath with Stand Review

I received the birdbath on 7/9/2013 which I purchased from Amazon. It appeared to me that the item had been sold and returned. There was no parts or assembly sheet. The ring at the top of the legs had one of the four bolts through the hole and the rest of the bolts were laying in the bottom of the box. I was surprised to see that this was shipped as new when it was apparent it had been of the box previously. I also sent an e-mail to Alpine on their contact form and was told I would be contacted in 1-2 business days. Still waiting to hear from them on 8/8/2103. Need to have better consumer relations on problems of this kind.
